Step-by-Step Process
Go to tradesystem.gov.ng
You'll see a floating button for Form A on the homepage.
Click "Sign Up" to create an account.
Enter your Bank Verification Number. Your Gmail (in cryptic format) will appear automatically.
You'll receive a verification code at your Gmail address linked to BVN.
Copy the code, input it on the portal, and create a password. Use Chrome to save it.
Click "Form A" and follow the on-screen prompts.
When asked, select YES on "Available for Forex".
Enter correct, genuine details about your school and fees. Double-check everything.
Submit your application and check back regularly for status updates.
Processing Stages
Your application will go through 4 stages:
Stage 1 ADB_Reviewer
Bank officer assesses your information and recommends for approval.
Stage 2 ADB_Supervisor
Bank officer approves the recommended information.
Stage 3 ADB_Disbursement_Reviewer
HQ officer assesses and processes debit if satisfactory.
Stage 4 ADB_Disbursement_Supervisor
Final verification and confirmation of debit. You'll receive a TELEX copy as proof.
Important Notes
- Some banks may leave your application at Stage 3 even after payment is complete - this is normal
- The TELEX copy is your proof of payment
- Start the process at least 15-30 working days before you need payment made
